The unique flavor of Hatch Green Chile is
enjoyed widely throughout the Southwest and
you don't need to be from New Mexico to know
when it's Hatch green chile season. The aroma
of fresh roasted green chilies reminds me of
when I was a kid, I loved it so much I'd put it on
everything. The roasted flavor inspired me to
make this salsa. I've combined authentic Hatch
green chilies with my own blend of spices and
Vegetables to give it the familiar flavors from
my childhood. I hope you enjoy it too!
