FLAT RATE SHIPPING
- Any order placed on Tuesday- Saturday before 2:00 PM CST should ship that same day
- Any order placed on Sunday or Monday will ship on Tuesday
- Carrier may vary
- We'll email you the tracking number the day your package ships
- FREE SHIPPING applies to orders $75 or more for orders within the continental United States (does not include Alaska, Hawaii, or International Shipping) *Exclusions Apply
We do not ship outside of the US.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Grills are excluded from all regular shipping rates. We use a variety of carriers to deliver across the US. We will provide a written shipping and delivery fee via email once ordered. A quote can be requested via email or phone.
If we are provided with inaccurate shipping address at the time of purchase no refund will be issued if the package has already been shipped via carrier. We will not reship a new order, a new order will need to be placed. It is the customers responsibility to check shipping address before submitting order.
