This is a tangy Carolina style barbecue sauce loaded with locally grown apple cider vinegar, tomato, and a touch of chipotle and locally grown Jamaican Chocolate Habanero peppers (from Red Fire Farm in Granby, MA) are added for a very subtle kick.
