Growing up, there were always perfectly golden fried garlic chips in the pantry and we enjoyed it with rice, soups, stir-frys, noodle dishes, spring rolls, basically, everything.

Created for the love of fried garlic, we infused a few pounds (for real) of California-grown garlic to craft a garlicky liquid gold oil. Use as everyday cooking oil to dipping bread, to a salad dressing.
